Missouri Bobber Apparel
Drop down off Route 76 into the Missouri Ozarks and the road starts doing what roads in the flatland never do - it bends hard left, drops into a holler, then throws you right over a ridge with oaks closing in overhead. The Lake of the Ozarks brings riders from across the Midwest each late spring, bikes parked nose-out along the shore, and the state's mule-stubborn riding culture takes over for a weekend. St. Louis sits at the eastern door, the 630-foot steel arch marking Missouri as the place where the American West began. This collection is built for the riders who know both ends of this state. Original Missouri biker shirts, printed on heavyweight ring-spun cotton, shipped to riders in over 70 countries.
The Mule That Pulled the Frontier
Ride the Ozark two-lanes long enough and you learn what the mark on these shirts stands for. The mascot is the Missouri mule, long ears forward, compact and dense in the shoulders - ornery, strong, and not interested in your opinion until you prove it. Same streak that gets you through a hard morning run to the Lake of the Ozarks. Missouri mules plowed the river-bottom fields, hauled freight wagons west, and moved artillery in WWI when machinery bogged down, so we drew the mule in side profile with the ears reading bold from twenty feet. Around it sits the steel arch framing the Mississippi, the Ozark ridgeline with a road cutting through, and the lake country shoreline below. The banner carries 'Show-Me State' - the Missourian's answer to anyone who talks instead of rides.
Materials & Who It's For
This one is the right call for the Missouri-born rider buying hometown pride, the Midwest crew that makes the Ozarks lake run a yearly thing, and the Route 66 traveler who hit the arch and kept riding south into the hills. Tees are heavyweight 5.3oz ring-spun cotton, side-seamed and pre-shrunk. Hoodies are 8.0oz cotton-poly fleece with double-needle stitching at the stress points. Caps use raised embroidery on a structured six-panel. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships and tracked to your door in over 70 countries.
