Drop into Front Royal at dawn and you have 574 miles of ridgeline in front of you with no stop signs and no trucks allowed. Skyline Drive runs the spine of Shenandoah at 35 mph through 75 overlooks, then hands you off to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a gap - 469 more miles curving south through Appalachian hardwoods to the Smokies. Come spring or fall and every pullout holds bikes. White-tailed deer graze the meadows below the overlooks, ears up, moving like they own the mountain. They do. Original Virginia biker shirts, printed on heavyweight ring-spun cotton, shipped to riders in over 70 countries.

The Buck, the Ridgeline, and the Old Dominion

Run Skyline Drive or the Blue Ridge Parkway and the whitetail is the thing you clock before anything else moves - standing at the tree line, visible from a dozen overlooks, the animal every rider on these roads learns to watch for. So he is the mark. We drew him in alert side profile, full rack, at the edge of Virginia hardwood forest, silhouette clean enough to read at pocket scale. The scene around him is the two roads that define eastern American motorcycle touring: a Blue Ridge curve dropping into pre-dawn fog, grey-blue ridgeline stacking to the horizon. The banner carries 'The Old Dominion', the name Virginia riders wear, printed for anyone who has run the ridge and wants something to show for it.

Materials & Who It's For

This one is the right pick for any East Coast touring rider with the Blue Ridge Parkway on their bucket list - and for the Virginia-born rider who has already run it twice and wants something to show for it. It works as a souvenir for a Skyline Drive pilgrim and as a straight identity piece for anyone who calls the Old Dominion home. Tees are heavyweight 5.3oz ring-spun cotton, side-seamed and pre-shrunk. Hoodies are 8.0oz cotton-poly fleece with double-needle stitching at the stress points. Caps use raised embroidery on a structured six-panel. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships and tracked to your door in over 70 countries.
