Oshkosh Bobber Apparel

Late July in Oshkosh the sky fills up before you even park the bike. Warbirds in formation over Wittman Regional, 10,000 aircraft on the ground, and 600,000 people who got here by every means possible - a lot of them on two wheels. Ride away from the airfield and the flat Fox River Valley county roads take you through dairy country straight to the Lake Winnebago shore, 88 miles of it. That crossover of throttle and throttle-forward - old iron in the air, classic American V-twin on the blacktop - is what this design is built for. Original Oshkosh biker shirts, printed on heavyweight ring-spun cotton, shipped to riders in over 70 countries.

Low-slung, wide-bodied, and Badger State born

Picture the ride first: a classic V-twin on a straight-line county road heading for Lake Winnebago, a red Wisconsin barn in the distance, vintage warbirds cutting across the sky overhead in late July. That is the scene these pieces carry, and the mark riding front and center is the American badger - face-on, white stripe crown-to-nose, front claws out. It is the mark you wear because it means Wisconsin. The state has answered to the Badger State since the 1830s, when miners up in the hills burrowed into the slopes through winter and the name stuck. Tough, stocky, not moving unless it wants to. The banner reads 'Badger State Bound', the words a rider says pointing north for the summer gathering.

Materials & Who It's For

This one was made for the Wisconsin rider who does the Lake Winnebago pilgrimage every summer, the aviation-and-motorcycle crossover who rolls into Wittman on two wheels and leaves with grease on both hands, and the Midwest biker looking for a gift that means something to their crew. Tees are heavyweight 5.3oz ring-spun cotton, side-seamed and pre-shrunk. Hoodies are 8.0oz cotton-poly fleece with double-needle stitching at the stress points. Caps use raised embroidery on a structured six-panel. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships and tracked to your door in over 70 countries.
