Every June the V-twins roll into Weirs Beach and park up along the boardwalk on the Winnipesaukee shore, the oldest run in the country doing what it has done since 1916. This is the shirt for that. The mark you wear is the Old Man of the Mountain - the five-ledge granite profile New Hampshire still keeps on the state quarter and the highway signs long after the face itself came off Franconia Notch. We drew it in side profile, distressed and angular, set above the lake with a row of bikes on the Weirs Beach strip and the White Mountain peaks filling the skyline. Live Free or Die runs the hem.

The Ghost of Franconia Notch, on a Garment-Dyed Blank
You know the Kancamagus run - Lincoln to Conway, 35 miles of sweeping curves under the hardwood canopy, then the switchbacks up the Mt. Washington Auto Road above the treeline. This New Hampshire biker tee is cut for the riders who chase both, then post up at Weirs Beach in June with the rest of the boardwalk crowd. The granite face silhouette on the chest is the state's own mark, the profile Franconia Notch is named for. It reads like a rider drew it, not like something off a souvenir rack.
