That corridor from Prescott through Jerome's ghost-town switchbacks and down into Sedona is the reason touring riders plan cross-country routes around Arizona. Every spring, Scottsdale draws 100,000 riders for the desert rally. Year-round, the Sonoran Desert is open. This is where we built this collection. The Ringtail, the Copper Star, and the Sonoran Floor

Roll 89A at first light and the ringtail is out there in the rock you are passing, slender and nocturnal, native to the desert Southwest. That is the mark on this gear. Arizona named it the official state mammal and almost no rider has it on a shirt, so we made it the centerpiece. We drew it crouched on a desert boulder, dramatically ringed tail curled up behind it, looking like something that actually lives between the canyon walls on the Sedona run. Around it we set the copper-star sunburst off the state flag, the saguaro silhouette at last light over the Sonoran floor, and the layered walls you see rolling up to the South Rim before you kill the engine. The banner reads 'Copper State', the name Arizona earned from the mines.
