Bruxelles Bobber Apparel
Leave Bruxelles heading south on the N4 and within ninety minutes you are deep in the Ardennes - forested valley roads, Walloon village cafes, the smell of wet oak and cold stone. Push another forty minutes and you are on the approach roads to Spa-Francorchamps, one of the great motorsport pilgrimage routes in Europe. Back in the city, riders from Ixelles and Saint-Gilles know Bruxelles for what it really is: a crossroads for every cross-continental touring route on the map. It all comes home to the Grand-Place, the gilded guildhall square that has been the heart of Bruxelles for centuries. Original Bruxelles biker shirts, printed on heavyweight ring-spun cotton, shipped to riders in over 70 countries.
The Grand-Place, Drawn for the Garage
It starts with the road curling south out of the city toward the Ardennes and the long approach to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the run every Bruxelles rider knows. Above that road we drew the heart of the city: the gilded guildhall facades of the Grand-Place, step gables and the tall Gothic spire of the Town Hall rising over wet cobblestone, a cast-iron lamp throwing warm light, and a paper cone of frites, because no Bruxelles night ends without one. Riding high over all of it sits the Manneken Pis, the little bronze boy who has mocked every dignitary in town since 1619 and became the city's proudest mark. The whole thing runs on Zwanze, the Bruxelles word for that anti-pompous, self-deprecating humour that fits a rider just fine.
Materials & Who It's For
This one is for three kinds of riders: the Brusselaar who wants hometown-pride gear with an edge rather than a tourist-trap print, the European tourer who rolled through the capital on a cross-continental run and wants something to show for it, and anyone who made the Ardennes loop to Spa-Francorchamps and needs a piece of Brussels to go with it. Tees are heavyweight 5.3oz ring-spun cotton, side-seamed and pre-shrunk. Hoodies are 8.0oz cotton-poly fleece with double-needle stitching at the stress points. Caps use raised embroidery on a structured six-panel. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships and tracked to your door in over 70 countries.
