Ay Yildiz - Crescent and Star Since the Ottomans

The Black Sea coast road above the water, the fairy chimneys of Goreme Valley at dawn, the Bosphorus crossing where Europe becomes Asia. That is the ride this design carries, and the mark on it is the Ay Yildiz, the crescent moon with the five-pointed star in its curve that Turkey has flown since 1844. We drew it bold and isolated on black so it holds detail at any print size. Around it sits the scene the loop is famous for: the volcanic spires, the Istanbul skyline above the strait, and the mountain roads touring riders call some of the finest asphalt on the continent. At the base, one word. Garaj, the Turkish workshop where resourceful hands fix what the road breaks and keep every rider rolling.
