This is a small island with a global reach, because the cross the Knights Hospitaller carried out of Malta in 1530 became the most recognised biker emblem on earth. That cross is on millions of jackets right now, and nearly nobody knows it came from here. This collection is for the riders who do. Where the Biker Cross Was Born

Every design in this collection is built for the Sunday Coast Road run - the weekly ritual where the Maltese motorcycle community pours onto the emptied coastal road and rides the cliffs together. The mark we put at the centre is the Cruz ta' Malta, the eight-pointed cross with V-notched arms, drawn clean and symmetrical in white on red. That is the cross riders wear on tanks and jacket patches all over the world, and it came off this island. We set it against Fort St. Angelo standing over the Grand Harbour, limestone the colour of old bone, and the open Coast Road running toward the Blue Lagoon. Wear the mark on the ride it belongs to.

Materials & Who It's For

This one is for three kinds of riders: the Maltese local who wants the cross on a shirt that actually means something, the touring rider who came through on a Mediterranean run and left wanting to remember it, and the historically-minded biker who has worn that eight-pointed symbol for years and wants the shirt that explains where it comes from. Tees are heavyweight 5.3oz ring-spun cotton, side-seamed and pre-shrunk. Hoodies are 8.0oz cotton-poly fleece with double-needle stitching at the stress points. Caps use raised embroidery on a structured six-panel. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships and tracked to your door in over 70 countries.
